Palm Harbor Kitchens was an amazing partner to work with. The whole industry is pretty crazy busy right now so some patience is required but the customer service was beyond great. The pricing was pretty much even with an online retailer for fully assembled flat pack cabinets. But Palm Harbor Kitchen is exactly the reason why it's better to source local. We had a couple manufacture issues which is to be expected these days. PHK corrected them in house so I never had to wait for a manufacturer or file a claim. The cabinets are exactly what I had hoped for. I know they're not top of the line but they transformed the kitchen for us. Also a few times I realized I wanted some trim pieces to change the layout and I called and they kept them on hand so I could pick up that day. That was crucial when we made a molding change last minute and only had one more day with the craftsman. Overall I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.
